Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Is the showroom open for viewing? Need to book appointment?

Ans: Most of products & material colour samples you can find in our showroom. 

All are welcome to drop by our showroom at 512 Chai Chee Lane, #06-01 S469028. We open from 9am-9pm everyday including weekend/PH. Our showroom, there's no appointment needed, you can just walk in.

2. What is the lead time once order is placed?

Ans: If ready stock, your order will be delivered in 2-3 days upon order confirmation. As for pre-order will takes estimated lead time 4weeks - 6weeks.

Take note that ETA is an estimate and not a guarantee grace period. Lead time can be impacted by external factors. 

3. Will i be notified once item is ready to be delivered?

Ans: Yes, we will contact and notified you once the item is ready to be delivered. Feel free to check with our sales team.

4. Is there any warranty for all product?

Ans: Most products come with warranty. For each and individual product, you can find the warranty detail in the description.

5. What does warranty covers?

  1. Warranty coverage on manufacturing defects, defective materials, workmanship, and/or missing components that were not originally received upon delivery; not including ‘wear and tear’ or ‘misuse’, unless otherwise stated. 
  2. Warranty does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed improperly that not done by us. 
  3. Warranty does not cover for wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage from impacts or accidents. 

Aideal Pte Ltd that determines, at its sole discretion, the validity for warranty.

5. Can we do customization on our product?

Ans: Depends on the item that you want to customized. For the item that can be customized will be indicated on individual product.

6. Can we keep the item until further notice?

Ans: Yes, It is based on the terms and condition.

7. Can we request for specific delivery date and time?

Ans: Yes, we able to arrange that for you. However, please indicate in the memo specific delivery date and time.

8. Do you have disposal services?

Ans: Yes, we do have disposal service with charges. Please contact us for more details.

9. If we can't receive our item on the day of delivery?

Ans: Please contact and informed us 3days-5days in advance.

10. What is your payment mode?

Ans: We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
All payments are charged in SGD. Please note goods will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
